Backyard Bistro
The backyard is coming along very nicely. Yesterday the speakers arrived in the mail so I installed them along with an outdoor volume control knob. The end result is pretty good. I bought Polk Audio Atrium 45 speakers from the amazon.com marketplace. I got them via the store of “pc_guru”. I rarely buy from the amazon marketplace but I am glad I did this time. pc_guru was very helpful and even made sure my speakers were mailed the same day I ordered them.
The speakers sound pretty nice. I don’t have any other outdoor speakers to compare them against but I’m happy with the sound they generate. While I still have a bunch to do back there; mostly involving removal of plants, the main patio is basically done. The pergola has some nice lights on it, the fountian is moved, the bricks are clear of plants/weeds, and we have music! Lisa and I are going to eat out there this evening on our small glass mosaic bistro table. I’ll take a photo of the main area tonight and post it on here tomorrow so you can see how it looks.

I got here by clicking on the site listed in your mess. Sounds like you have done a good job in the patio area. We will see it at some future date I am sure.

I know you guys put a lot of hard work into it…sounds beautiful…I’m looking forward to seeing it in July.
