New Blog
This is my first post in the new blog – currently you wont see much in it. However, the old blog will move here, and the old homepage will be more of a homepage – an entryway into our families many interests and thoughts.
I am also switching the engine behind the site from moveable type to wordpress. I am doing this primarilly because wordpress has a built in “links” plugin. I don’t have any links on here yet but when I do they will become obvious in the side “menu” column. A nice side benefit of switching was the template system in wordpress is MUCH simpler and straightforward – so if I ever want to do a redesign again (which is likely) – it should be far easier.
