p1: appreciate something
p2: attack an action/idea (be blunt if you want, but don’t attack the person)
p3: provide an exit (i know this couldn’t be your fault so who did it?)
p4: offer to help if they need it
sign the letter and include your titles
send original to district office
send copy to main office
using the sending rules you’ll probably get your letter actually read by the official
