Quite frankly I wasn't really aware of the Dresden Dolls until I was directed to a youtube video of one of the dolls, Amanda Palmer, singing "Creep" on youtube. However, I did a bit of digging around and found a Dresden Dolls song, "Dirty Business" and I have to say I kind of dig the band. However, With lyrics like
She's the kind of girl
who leaves out condoms on the bedroom dresser
just to make you jealous of
the men she fucked before you met her
and a strong lead vocalist I am glad to have been introduced to their music. The song is pretty damn catchy even if the beats are simple; or maybe because they are plus the video that goes along with it shows the nice story of retribution and escape. Enjoy.
